Seán Standerwick has always had a keen interest in finance, beginning his career as a Foreign exchange (FX) broker, and obtaining the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) in his spare time.

He worked at Bloomberg for 5 years covering FX, Equities, Fixed Income and commodities markets across southern Europe, managing some of the biggest buy side, sell side and commodities houses. After 7 years he decided to leave the city and join the family business to become a fully qualified Financial Adviser, reaching Chartered status.

Outside of work and finance Seán has many passions. Having read Italian Studies at University, he speaks fluent Italian, and loves visiting Italy and most things Italian, including his wife! He is keen in sports; a cyclist, loves motorbikes and supports Juventus. Music is another passion, and he likes reading. Seán and his wife Alice have 2 young children, and he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
