MLP team update

Welcome to the March edition of your MLP team update.

Last month was as busy and exciting as ever! From birthday celebrations and skiing trips to welcoming our newest colleague, there was never a dull moment.

Read on to catch up on all the latest updates from the MLP team.

We updated our window display – twice!

We recently refreshed our window display to mark two exciting occasions.

First, to celebrate the Six Nations, we showcased the flags of each competing country, along with a tournament wall chart. It was a great tournament, and we begrudgingly congratulate France on the win!

A massive thank you to Leigh, in our Adviser Support team for making the displays look absolutely fantastic!

For our second display, we wanted to create something that reflects both our heritage and modern edge.

Since Seán and Paul have been at the helm, they’ve taken things to the next level, keeping it simple but also impactful.

We think this logo embodies that ethos and honours our past while embracing the future, blending tradition with innovation.

But branding is more than just a logo; it’s about who we are and how we operate. Our brand is at the heart of:

  • The way we collaborate

  • Our hiring process and the people we hire

  • The technology and systems we use

  • How we treat clients (and each other)

  • The experience we create for everyone we work with.

Our culture is defined by what we do, and when we do it right, that’s the strongest branding of all.

We celebrated Aaron’s birthday!

We recently celebrated Aaron’s birthday, and true to the office tradition, we sang him Happy Birthday, bought him a cake with candles, gifted him a thoughtful present, and presented him with the obligatory birthday balloon (though perhaps Leigh can shed some light on why it was shaped like a love heart?).

Aaron has been with us for a year and a half now and is doing an amazing job as our technical support, offering fantastic assistance to both us and our clients.

Knowing Aaron’s fondness for a cheeky drink, we treated him to a nice bottle of rum.

Hope you had an awesome day, Aaron!
